One approach emphasizes intensity and recovery. The other emphasizes volume and frequency. Which works best depends on your ability to recover and apply maximum effort.

I honestly wish someone explained that the mental side can change too. I was expecting physical changes only.

That’s a massive rebound waiting to happen if you don’t have everything else dialed in.

Water retention fooled me into thinking every pound was muscle. Learned that lesson the hard way.

My first cycle taught me patience more than anything. I rushed everything because I figured faster always meant better.

My lifting partner kept saying, “Train like you’ll still be lifting at 60.” Didn’t understand it then. Makes perfect sense now.

I’ve been on tirzepatide for 3 weeks now. The first couple of days were a bit rough constipation hit almost immediately.
I increased my fiber intake, stayed on top of hydration, and that made a noticeable difference.
Next week I’m moving up from 2.5 mg to 5 mg, so I’m curious to see how the next phase goes. Wish me luck! 🀞🀞🀞

SS-31 was the part I noticed the most recovery between cardio sessions seemed smoother but it’s hard to say what was actually doing the work

I think people underestimate how much consistent walking alone can accomplish.
