Anyone Restarted MOTS-c After a Month Off?

Been there and recovered fine

Yeah took patience and bounced back

I took six weeks off after surgery restarted slow and felt normal by week three

Is MOTS-c okay for a first peptide???

I came back after about five weeks off

Honestly man consistency beats protocol hopping every time

Took me longer to get my work capacity back than my actual strength

I actually noticed my recovery picked back up pretty fast once I was back on💪🏻

MOTS-c seemed to work just like it did before the break for me

Not gonna lie I was pleasantly surprised by how quickly everything came back
