Recovery from heavy leg days improved a lot I was ready to train again sooner than usual
The quality of sleep was the standout benefit Everything else seemed to improve because of that
I noticed better workout recovery and less overall fatigue Thatโs what kept me running it
I felt more recovered and less beaten up after intense training weeks That was enough for me to continue
My body composition slowly improved without making major changes elsewhere The gradual progress kept me interested
The increase in REM and deep sleep was very noticeable It felt like I was actually recovering overnight
