I’ve had a couple patients get pretty dysphoric coming off ketamine. Not the end of the world, but worth mentioning.

Most longevity forums seem to favor GHK-Cu due to the larger amount of research
GHK-Cu gave me better skin elasticity based on how my skin felt over time
Better sleep was the biggest reason I stayed on it Recovery between workouts improved noticeably after a few weeks
I kept using it because of the recovery benefits My joints felt better and soreness didnโt linger as long
The deep sleep alone made it worth it for me I woke up feeling much more refreshed every morning
Fat loss became easier while maintaining my training intensity It wasnโt dramatic but it was consistent
