Anyone running MOTS-c and NAD+ combination? What changes have you noticed in energy or recovery?

I came back after about five weeks off

Honestly man consistency beats protocol hopping every time

Took me longer to get my work capacity back than my actual strength

I actually noticed my recovery picked back up pretty fast once I was back on💪🏻

MOTS-c seemed to work just like it did before the break for me

Not gonna lie I was pleasantly surprised by how quickly everything came back

That’s been my experience too

Restarted after five weeks felt a little flat the first few sessions then everything came back

I actually thought the break helped more than it hurt

I felt better after taking a little time off

I was back to normal by the second week👍🏼

The month off didn’t seem to change much on my end

The break didn’t seem to affect how MOTS-c worked for me

I was honestly expecting the restart to be harder

The first workout back was rough the next four were great
