I used to skip leg day because squats made me dizzy and now I hit 3 sets of 12 with proper form. Quads are screaming, glutes are on fire, but man… that burn is the best kind of pain🤪
What do the trial results say so far (-17.5% to -24.2% body weight in Phase 2) and how might that apply (or not) to fitness/gym goals?
Some fold-ups feel sketchy AF others legit, hardware quality makes the diff
