Do You Think Modern Comfort Is Destroying Testosterone Levels?

Serious question.
Men today have:
→ unlimited food
→ unlimited entertainment
→ constant dopamine
→ less movement
→ less sunlight
→ less physical struggle
At the same time:
low energy, low motivation, low testosterone, anxiety, and depression seem more common than ever.
Do you think modern comfort and overstimulation are actually hurting male hormones and mental drive?
Or is that exaggerated bro-science?

I’ve run that combo before. Results were solid for body comp and recovery, especially during a calorie deficit.

Not gonna lie, I expected way more from MOTS-c. Paired it with NAD+ and my wallet got lighter faster than my body fat.

Personally, I think NAD+ and MOTS-c complement each other pretty well. I felt less beat up after hard training blocks.

Beginner here, only used a 5-amino blend with MOTS-c for a month. Didn’t notice much besides maybe slightly better workouts, but that could’ve been placebo.

YMMV, but MOTS-c plus NAD+ was a game changer for my conditioning. My lifting numbers didn’t jump, but I could handle more volume.

I ran MOTS-c with a popular amino blend while cutting. Hunger was easier to manage and recovery seemed decent, but nothing that blew me away.

I’ve used all three separately and together. In my experience, the stack worked best when sleep and nutrition were already dialed in.

Honestly, I wouldn’t run NAD+ again. MOTS-c gave me some benefits, but NAD+ mostly just emptied my bank account.

For me the combo really shined during endurance training. Long sessions felt easier and I wasn’t dragging the next day.

I’ve run it before and got some mild headaches from the NAD+ side. Once I adjusted the dose it was fine.

Mileage may vary, but I felt absolutely nothing from MOTS-c until week 4 or 5. The benefits were subtle, mostly recovery-related.

I stacked MOTS-c with a 5-amino blend while prepping for a local powerlifting meet. Recovery between heavy sessions seemed better than usual.

Personally, I think people expect peptide stacks to feel like steroids. The improvements were there, just gradual and not dramatic.

I’ve seen more benefit from MOTS-c than from amino blends. The aminos felt like background support, while MOTS-c was the main player.

Results were solid when I combined MOTS-c with NAD+ and cleaned up my diet. Whether it was the peptides or just better habits is anybody’s guess.
