Anyone here build a solid back without heavy rows?

I dug through a few papers and it seems most of the research is still preclinical. Promising sure but not enough for me to expect miracles

My sinuses were less irritated but that’s just one person’s experience

I deal with spring allergies every year
Tried a bunch of supplements
Never touched KPV though.
Would love real feedback

Did anyone’s skin allergies improve too?

Not gonna lie, I’m more interested in whether it calms inflammation than the allergy side of things
