For beginners??
Mostly for advanced lifters who already have recovery dialed in.
Great for athletes in-season, not so much casual gym-goers.
If sleep and food arenβt locked, two-a-days are a trap.
Works better when sessions have different goals, not double crushing.
Beginners usually get more beat up than built from it.
Useful during short focused phases, not year-round stuff.
Time availability matters as much as training level.
One session for strength, one for accessories can make sense.
Recovery capacity decides if itβs smart or stupid.
More isnβt better unless your body can actually handle it.
