Has Anyone Combined MOTS-c, SS-31 Fasting & LISS?
-
Tried that combo during a cut morning walks felt easier than expected
-
SS-31 was the part I noticed the most recovery between cardio sessions seemed smoother but itβs hard to say what was actually doing the work
-
I paired fasted LISS with MOTS-c for a few weeks energy stayed pretty steady but I wasnβt setting any PRs either
-
I think people underestimate how much consistent walking alone can accomplish.
-
I ran a similar approach before vacation
* 45-minute incline walks
* Morning fasting window
* Kept calories controlled
The routine itself probably mattered more than anything else. -
Keep us updated after a few weeks if you decide to run that approach. Real-world logs are always more useful than hype.
-
Older guy on TRT here daily walking has given me more noticeable benefits than constantly changing protocols
-
Didnβt work miracles for my buddy but he enjoyed the routine enough to stick with it.
-
I like collecting data so if I ever tried this Iβd track body weight waist measurement steps sleep and training performance instead of relying on how I felt.
-
As a powerlifter Iβd worry more about accumulating fatigue than chasing extra fat loss tricks
-
Anyone notice changes in recovery after leg day while doing morning LISS
-
I probably wouldβve changed one variable at a time just to know what was actually making a difference.
-
Been lifting over 20 years.
Iβve watched dozens of ultimate stacks come and go.
The basics are still undefeated. -
My endurance seemed a little more consistent week to week but I also dropped a few pounds during that stretch.
