Should I change sequence for better hypertrophy?
Incline first is smart if upper chest is lagging keep it
I’d keep compounds first but rotate flat and incline every few weeks
Flies before decline can pre exhaust good for mind muscle connection
Try Flat Incline if your overall strength is the priority
