Hybrid Training mixing Strength and Aesthetics?
Been running PPL with heavy compound focus strength is climbing and still getting solid hypertrophy
Conjugate style split works great one heavy day one volume day per lift Best of both worlds
I do 5 3 1 but add accessories for aesthetics size and strength both moving up
Powerbuilding templates are underrated you stay strong while still chasing that pump
Ran a hybrid for 8 months added 50 lbs to squat and filled out my legs never going back to pure bro splits
