Usually 4β5 hits my chest hard without killing recovery.
I keep it simpleβ3 big compounds, then one finisher.
Honestly, depends on energyβsometimes 2β3, sometimes 6 if Iβm feeling savage.
Bench, incline, fly 3 staples cover most angles for me.
More isnβt always better, focus matters more than the count.
I mix heavy lifts and pumps, usually 4 exercises total.
If I go over 5, my chest starts screaming and form suffers.
Sometimes just 2 crazy compound movements and call it a day.
Isolation extras come in only if I got gas left.
I rotate exercises each week number varies but 3β5 is my sweet spot.
