Switched to neutral way easier on my wrists and elbows

Definitely felt more natural grip and less discomfort in shoulders
No pain now when I row V handle used to irritate my forearms
Loved how my lats activated more with the neutral bar
Back felt more stable less arching or weird shoulder tweaks
Better mind muscle connection I feel the pull more in my back than arms
Still strong but forearm fatigue dropped a lot
Delts donβt get overworked anymore more focus on lats/back
Initial day felt odd by second workout it was noticeably smoother and pain-free
