What are your thoughts on Janoshik’s repeated positive fentanyl findings?

Janoshik says the sample believed to be 5-Amino-1MQ was tested using two different fentanyl immunoassays, with each test run twice. Even after dilution, all four tests reportedly came back positive.
Does this increase your confidence in the findings, or do you think confirmatory testing (such as LC-MS/MS) is still necessary before drawing conclusions?

Calorie deficit that’s the whole point if fat loss is the goal.

I kept protein around 1g per lb and only ran a small deficit. Felt way easier to recover from training that way.

High protein isn’t a diet, bro. You can eat high protein and still be in a calorie deficit.

Tried getting aggressive with calories and my workouts tanked after about two weeks. Smaller deficit worked much better for me

My coach always starts with calories first then adjusts macros. Protein never drops below what’s needed to preserve muscle.

I wouldn’t slash calories unless your recovery is already dialed in.

I figured if I was spending money on training and supplements I’d protect muscle with plenty of protein instead of trying to starve weight off

Does anyone shoot for 200g+ protein regardless of bodyweight

    Calories drive fat loss.
    Protein helps keep muscle.
    You need both.

I kept it simple with TRT and a calorie deficit leaned out way faster than cut cycles ever did

I ran it while cleaning up my diet and finally getting 8 hours of sleep

I’ve had good luck with **BPC-157** and **TB-500** for nagging aches. They didn’t magically rebuild my joints, but they seemed to help me recover and train more comfortably….
