What are your thoughts on Janoshik’s repeated positive fentanyl findings?

Janoshik says the sample believed to be 5-Amino-1MQ was tested using two different fentanyl immunoassays, with each test run twice. Even after dilution, all four tests reportedly came back positive.
Does this increase your confidence in the findings, or do you think confirmatory testing (such as LC-MS/MS) is still necessary before drawing conclusions?

Make sure you’re not running a massive calorie deficit forever.

I lost over 90 pounds. Hair definitely thinned but eventually came back. Skin looked weird too while my body adjusted.

People blame TRT for everything when sometimes it’s just crash dieting.

Old school advice… don’t rush fat loss. Slow and steady usually treats your body a whole lot better.

I coach a few competitors and aggressive prep phases almost always increase shedding in some athletes. Doesn’t mean they’re going bald.

My bloodwork looked perfect except vitamin D was in the basement.

Biotin only helped me because I was actually deficient. Otherwise don’t expect miracles.

Hair is basically the first thing your body stops caring about when calories stay too low.

I was convinced creatine caused mine. Turned out I had lost 60 pounds in under six months. Timing lined up way better with the weight loss.

Eat enough fat too. People slash dietary fat and wonder why everything feels off.

Around 2 lbs a week wasn’t an issue for me. Once I pushed beyond that, shedding picked up.

Respectfully, I’d look at stress before buying every hair supplement on the market.

Recovery matters more than people think. Poor sleep, hard training, low calories… that’s a rough combo.
