What are your thoughts on Janoshik’s repeated positive fentanyl findings?

Janoshik says the sample believed to be 5-Amino-1MQ was tested using two different fentanyl immunoassays, with each test run twice. Even after dilution, all four tests reportedly came back positive.
Does this increase your confidence in the findings, or do you think confirmatory testing (such as LC-MS/MS) is still necessary before drawing conclusions?

    Fair point about body fat.
Aromatase isn’t gonna care how many supplements you’re taking if you’re carrying extra weight

Been lifting over 25 years. Every β€œnatural estrogen control” supplement has looked amazing in ads and average in real life

I stuck with 16:8 for almost a year. Way easier to maintain than OMAD for me.

OMAD wrecked my gym sessions. Felt flat every afternoon.

18:6 seems like the sweet spot honestly.

My appetite is ridiculous so OMAD turns into a 3,000 calorie binge every time.

I only care about what helps me stay in a calorie deficit. The fasting window isn’t magic.

Been doing 18:6 for about 8 months. Blood sugar feels steadier and I’m not constantly thinking about food.
