Janoshik says the sample believed to be 5-Amino-1MQ was tested using two different fentanyl immunoassays, with each test run twice. Even after dilution, all four tests reportedly came back positive.
Does this increase your confidence in the findings, or do you think confirmatory testing (such as LC-MS/MS) is still necessary before drawing conclusions?
What are your thoughts on Janoshik’s repeated positive fentanyl findings?

For me, once I hit my goal weight I stretched my GLP-1 shots to every 10β14 days. Been holding steady for months with high protein and lifting.
-
Honestly I came off completely and focused on tracking calories. It’s not always easy, but it’s worked better than I expected.

I stayed on a tiny maintenance dose. YMMV, but it keeps the food noise way down for me.
-
Not gonna lie, I regained about 15 lbs after stopping cold turkey. Looking back, I should’ve tapered instead.
-
Personally I just kept walking every day and lifting 4x a week. Haven’t needed the meds since.

Lower-dose GLP-1 plus strength training has been the sweet spot for me. Results have stayed pretty stable.

I’ve run maintenance for almost a year now. Longer time between injections worked better than lowering the dose.
