After weeks of feeling stuck, my weight is finally going up. I’ve been staying more consistent with food, training, and rest.
Small progress is still progress. My goal now is to keep building and see how far I can take this transformation.

Deep tissue actually helped with chronic tightness, cupping felt more superficial
Sleep, hands down. No supplement can replace quality rest for recovery
I switched to an electric mixer bottle, total game changer. No more powder chunks floating around. Just gotta remember to charge it ๐
Sleep is where the real recovery happens. Supplements just fill the gaps
If youโre getting leaks, check the rubber seal in the lid. Once that wears out, even the best bottles turn into a preworkout shower
Supplements might boost recovery slightly but sleep does 90% of the work
SmartShakeโs been my go to. Multiple compartments for pre, post, and even some supps. Kinda pricey but worth every rep.
Iโve had both extremes some bottles mix like a dream, others leak like theyโre allergic to liquids. Itโs all about the lid lock system IMO.
Supps help with nutrients, but sleep handles hormones and tissue repair
Honestly, I just use a mason jar with a metal whisk ball. Cheap, durable, no leaks, and looks old-school hardcore ๐
Never trust a cheap shaker. I learned that lesson mid-set when my pre splashed all over my gym shorts ๐ญ
I clean mine with hot water and vinegar after every use. Keeps the lid tight and smell free most leaks happen from build-up on the threads
For thick mixes like creatine + carbs, go for something with a spring ball or vortex blade. Otherwise, youโll be chewing your pre.
At this point, I judge shaker bottles like gym partnership they flake or leak, theyโre gone. Reliability > aesthetics every time.
