Do enzymes actually help with absorption or just lighten the stomach?

Used RAD + LGD stack aggression through the roof.. had to chill my preworkout dose ๐ Physique looked tighter, but most of that was diet and training intensity
GH fragments were meh for me. Leaned out a bit but didnโt notice better recovery Mk made me hungry as hell though grt if uโre bulking
Helps with healing and energy a bit, but not a miracle for keeping gains
Peptides for recovery, not for maintaining size. Training + food does that.
