Not gonna lie if youโre looking for instant cosmetic changes youโre probably going to be disappointed
Younger lifters especially seem impatient time is actually one of the biggest variables with GH
I’m around 11% body fat and 5/8″ hits my ventroglute no problem. Dorsoglute is another story though.
Been on TRT for years. Tried 5/8″ once in the upper outer glute and ended up with a lump for a couple days. Switched back to 1″ and haven’t looked back.
