My coach won’t even let recreational guys touch tren anymore. Says the reward doesn’t justify it unless you’re stepping on stage.
Sleep is the deal breaker for me. Once my sleep goes, everything else follows.
Different people react completely differently. My buddy loves it at 100mg. I couldn’t wait to stop.
The physique changes are legit, but so is the anxiety if you’re someone who’s prone to it.
I’d rather bump food another couple hundred calories than introduce tren.
Respectfully, I think social media oversells how many people actually need this compound.
I competed for years and tren absolutely has its place. For everyday gym life? I don’t really see the point anymore.
The biggest question is whether you’re already maximizing training, nutrition, sleep, and recovery. If those aren’t dialed in, adding tren seems backwards.
Been lifting over twenty years. Every guy I know who loved tren eventually stopped using it for one reason or another.
My first cycle was just testosterone and I made great progress. Looking back, I would’ve delayed touching tren even longer.
