The Scale Is Finally Moving 📈Who else is currently trying to gain weight?

After weeks of feeling stuck, my weight is finally going up. I’ve been staying more consistent with food, training, and rest.

Small progress is still progress. My goal now is to keep building and see how far I can take this transformation.

    I looked into it last winter while dealing with beat-up elbows Never ended up trying it but I definitely noticed more discussion around sleep quality than actual muscle gain

    Been on TRT for years.
    The only thing I consistently hear from guys using CJC with Ipamorelin is they either sleep noticeably better or feel absolutely nothing

    My shoulders always feel wrecked after heavy bench cycles.

    I tried it during an offseason.
    Sleep was deeper after the first couple weeks.
    Bodyweight barely moved because I wasn’t eating enough
