I looked into it last winter while dealing with beat-up elbows Never ended up trying it but I definitely noticed more discussion around sleep quality than actual muscle gain
I don’t think it’s a magic stack If calories and training aren’t dialed in I doubt you’ll notice much
My recovery improved the most when I finally stopped trying to max out every week. Funny how the boring stuff works

The only thing I consistently hear from guys using CJC with Ipamorelin is they either sleep noticeably better or feel absolutely nothing
Seems very individual
My shoulders always feel wrecked after heavy bench cycles.
Recovery is honestly the only reason I’d even consider looking into peptides.

Sleep was deeper after the first couple weeks.
