For me, Humanin was more about recovery than anything else. Didn’t notice anything crazy, but I definitely felt less run down after hard training.
Personally, I think the anti-aging hype is a little overblown. YMMV, but I didn’t see enough to justify the cost.
I’ve been using it for a couple months and honestly my energy has been more consistent. Could be placebo, but I’m sticking with it for now.
