If your legs arenβt growing the problem is often not your training itβs your nutrition.
Most lifters fail because they are not eating enough calories to support muscle growth. Without a proper calorie surplus, leg muscles donβt have the fuel to grow.
Low protein intake is another major issue. If protein is too low, recovery slows down and muscle building gets limited.
Carbs also matter if youβre not eating enough before and after leg day, your performance and recovery both sufferβ¦
Inconsistent eating habits and poor recovery (sleep + hydration) make the problem even worse.
