Allergies got worse after 50.
Still havenβt found anything that consistently works besides avoiding triggers
I noticed my endurance between sets got better even though I was weaker
My strength came back pretty quickly once calories increased after the cut
Down 70 lbs now still lifting four days a week and havenβt had any major strength crashes
Pretty much maintained everything except bench, Bench dropped around 15 lbs while bodyweight was down over 30
