Honestly, I didn’t notice much after a few weeks. Maybe I expected too much.
I’ve been using them for a couple months and my joints seem to feel a little better. YMMV.
Personally, I think they’re worth trying if your expectations are realistic.
Results were subtle, but I healed faster after hard training. Could’ve been coincidence.
