High volume wrecks me if sleep isnβt on point Heavy Duty is much easier to recover from
For natural lifters I think a moderate approach between the two works best
Heavy Duty taught me how to train with real intensity instead of just adding junk sets
High volume keeps my technique sharper since Iβm getting more practice with the lifts
At the end of the day the best program is the one you can recover from and progress on consistently
I like Heavy Duty for compounds and a little extra volume for isolation work
Advanced lifters often need more volume than beginners realize especially for hypertrophy
