→ unlimited food
→ unlimited entertainment
→ constant dopamine
→ less movement
→ less sunlight
→ less physical struggle
At the same time:
low energy, low motivation, low testosterone, anxiety, and depression seem more common than ever.
Do you think modern comfort and overstimulation are actually hurting male hormones and mental drive?

This is easily one of my best shoulder exercises.The pump, the control and the tension everything hits right.
Imagine doing this consistently… your shoulders would blow up 💥
And when I don’t have access to the machine, I switch to dumbbells and still get the job done. -

Results become inconsistent
