Do You Think Modern Comfort Is Destroying Testosterone Levels?

Serious question.
Men today have:
→ unlimited food
→ unlimited entertainment
→ constant dopamine
→ less movement
→ less sunlight
→ less physical struggle
At the same time:
low energy, low motivation, low testosterone, anxiety, and depression seem more common than ever.
Do you think modern comfort and overstimulation are actually hurting male hormones and mental drive?
Or is that exaggerated bro-science?

Yeah NEAT drops hard once calories get low My steps naturally fall unless I consciously push them back up

I aim for a minimum step count now because my natural movement tanks during a cut

My coach actually increased step targets as calories dropped to counter NEAT decline
