Serious question.
Men today have:
→ unlimited food
→ unlimited entertainment
→ constant dopamine
→ less movement
→ less sunlight
→ less physical struggle
At the same time:
low energy, low motivation, low testosterone, anxiety, and depression seem more common than ever.
Do you think modern comfort and overstimulation are actually hurting male hormones and mental drive?
Or is that exaggerated bro-science?

I’m new to this site, so I hope u are all well.. I don’t really know how to navigate here, but I started trt (not on prescription), and now I’m running low and feeling a bit panicky as I can find a real site that isn’t a scam, I already spent 240 pounds this week and each one was a scam.. can anybody help me out with a genuine reliable site. Would be greatly appreciated
