Honestly, most of the “EQ glow” girls talk about could just be clean diet + pump products. Unless bloodwork is monitored, it’s playing with fire for small gains

MK’s great for offseason size runs not so much for lean looks. If you’re already running AAS it just amplifies recovery and pumps keep sodium tight or you’ll look like a water balloon.
