Slow it down and feel your quads.
Too much load, not enough tension.
Quads grow from tension, not numbers.
Your glutes and hips probably doing all the work.
Depth and control will humble you quick.
Most people overload and underperform.
You chasing numbers, not growth.
Mind-muscle connection missing.
Heavy doesnβt mean effective.
Quads need stretch and control to grow.
Form check > plate count.
