Been hearing this a lot if a peptide is under $100, it’s probably underdosed or low purity. Talking mainly about stuff like BPC-157. You guys think price is a good indicator or just marketing? I’ve seen cheaper options but always wonder if it’s just a gamble at that point.

Older guy here. Been lifting since the late ‘90s strength went up over the years bodyweight changed plenty but my joints didn’t suddenly become massive

If GH doesn’t widen bones why do so many people claim it does -
I’ve been on TRT for six years. Didn’t notice any measurable changes in wrist or ankle size.

At the end of the day muscle changes are what most people actually notice in the mirror not major changes in adult bone thickness

Stronger muscles usually mean less stress placed on vulnerable joints
