    My bloodwork actually improved after dropping body fat. Triglycerides came down quite a bit.

    Fair point, but remember everyone responds differently. My wife had almost no side effects while I dealt with nausea every dose increase.

    Same experience here, man. Slow, steady progress with manageable side effects has been way better than trying to rush the dose.
