Tried sleep peptides before with poor lifestyle habits late nights no sunlight, irregular sleep timing.
Now that I’m correcting those basics, I’m considering running them again.

I’ve seen people confuse Cardiogen peptide with ‘Cardiogen’ supplement blends. Totally different things. If you’re talking peptide that’s research-grade stuff not something I’d casually suggest for parents without medical input
