Tried sleep peptides before with poor lifestyle habits late nights no sunlight, irregular sleep timing.
Now that I’m correcting those basics, I’m considering running them again.

They’re overeating restaurants.
Snacking all day.
Drinking calories.
Missing protein.
Sitting too much.
Carbs didn’t do that.
