Tried sleep peptides before with poor lifestyle habits late nights no sunlight, irregular sleep timing.
Now that I’m correcting those basics, I’m considering running them again.
Has anyone noticed peptides working better once their circadian rhythm was fixed?

I’d use it again for tendon issues but I wouldn’t recommend it to someone expecting dramatic results after a few injections. Patience still matters
