A proper deload every 6–8 weeks resets fatigue, restores CNS and prevents overuse injuries.
Cut training volume by 40–50% for one week, keep intensity moderate and come back sharper

Some of the best physiques were built on simple well-structured plans.. more compounds β‰  more results,,the goal isn’t to see how much your body can handle it’s to learn what your body responds to best.

No true replacement, but RDLs + rack pulls + hip thrusts get close

Yeah, your body adapts. Receptors downregulate, and the β€˜first-cycle magic’ fades

Adaptation, not tolerance. You’re maxing out what gear can do

First blast always hits the hardest. After that, it’s maintenance

Receptor fatigue and homeostasis, that’s what’s going on

Not full tolerance, just less new stimulus receptors get a bit desensitized over time

I used to hide behind oversized clothes and excuses. I was 178 lbs at 5’4”, always β€œstarting Monday always giving up by Wednesday. One day I saw a picture of myself and realized I was done feeling tired weak and invisible.
I started small daily walks, tracking meals and learning to lift weights properly. Fast forward 10 months I’m down to 135 lbs, lifting heavier than I ever imagined, and most importantly I feel alive again.
