Mine elbows hurts alot..
Knees and shoulders, always under load
Shoulders mostly and elbows on heavy days
Lower back and knees during squats
Wrists and elbows from heavy curls
Lower back after deadlift sessions
Shoulders and elbows after chest days
Ankles complain during deep squats sessions
Lower back during high volume training
Shoulders complain during overhead pressing work
Elbows flare up on push days
