Took my B12 first shot and face got warm AF. Normal reaction or too much dose?

That warm, flushed feeling right after a B12 shot is pretty common

B12 increases circulation temporarily, especially if it’s injected too fast

Normal vasodilation effect, Happens a lot with intramuscular B12
