Used to be 270 lbs and couldnโ€™t climb a flight of stairs without losing my breath. Now Iโ€™m 212 and deadlifting more than some guys at my gym ๐Ÿ˜
No crash diets, no gimmicks just years of showing up, learning macros and treating my body like something I actually care about.
Iโ€™m not done yet next stop 190 lbs and abs for the first time in my life.
Age ainโ€™t the issue excuses are.

      Thankz ,,honestly, about 3mnths in! once i gt consistent with protein and stopped under-eating my lifts started flying up
