In practice, I swapped to an upper/lower split and recovery went way up. YMMV though.

Bulking on test and dbol? You can eat big and still grow crazy, but keep sodium and junk low or youโll just balloon with water. Throw in some clean carbs like rice and oats instead of burgers and fries
