High-carb all day for heavy lifts strength and pumps just hit different.
Body type matters big time
what wrecks one person works for another.
Ended up carb cycling heavy days high-carb, light days lower—best of both.
Low-carb works… till it doesn’t fine for cutting, rough for max effort days.
