Depends on your mindset for some itβs a mental reset for others it turns into a binge spiral
Not necessary but it can help adherence if you control it instead of going wild
Cheat days wreck more progress than they help if youre not tracking one day can erase a weeks deficit
Better to do a refeed day with clean carbs instead of junk same mental boost less damage
If youre deep in prep cheat days are a trap but for lifestyle dieting they can keep you sane
