How Many Times Can You Reuse a Vial?

As long as you’re sterile and store it right, multi-use vials are made to be reused. Just always wipe the top with alcohol first.

The rubber stopper can handle multiple pokes, but don’t go crazy. After 10–15 uses it starts to lose integrity.

I use separate sterile needles every single time. Never reuse pins that’s how you end up with infections.

Store it in a cool, dark place. Keep the vial clean and capped, and it should last till it’s empty.

If it’s a legit multi-dose vial with benzyl alcohol in it, it’s good for weeks. Just practice clean technique.

Don’t pull air in with a dirty pin or touch the stopper with your fingers. That’s how bacteria sneak in.

toss it. Not worth the risk

Some guys switch to preloading syringes once the vial gets low to avoid constant stopper punctures. Works great if done sterile.
