Circuits with prop feel smoother thanks to stable levels.
AMRAP days hit harder recovery between sets is quicker.
Quick movement workouts show less fatigue buildup.
I notice better endurance during fast circuits.
Great for sprint style training sessions
Not ideal if pip limits mobility on workout day
Overall prop supports high output training nicely.
Heart rate recovers faster between rounds
Daily shots equal steady drive for AMRAP work
Circuits are fine, just plan injections away from legs
HIIT feels more productive on prop.
