    Bro same. Once I upped fats to around 0.6g/lb, energy shot up and pumps felt fuller even in a deficit. Carbs are overrated sometimes.

    Depends what kind of fats though avocados, salmon, nuts amazing. But too much cheese or peanut butter and I just feel sluggish.

    I noticed similar when I added fish oil and whole milk back in. Strength plateau broke instantly. Probably hormonal support.
