EQ and Anxiety: Overblown or Legit Concern??

Not overblown at all EQ had my heart racing for no reason.

Dose-dependent for sure, low EQ was chill, higher got sketchy.

Hematocrit creep is real, anxiety followed right behind it.

Some people handle EQ fine, others get wired nonstop.

Felt like low-grade panic, especially at night.

Once blood got thick, sleep and mood went sideways.

EQ isn’t anxious by default, but it amplifies what’s already there.

Long ester makes it worse, can’t just pull the plug fast.

Hydration and cardio helped, but didn’t erase it.

Legit concern, not fear-mongering know your response first.
