Honestly I just remind myself itβs temporary The hunger and mood swings suck but the results make it worth it Short term pain long term payoff
Keeping my mind busy helps reading training even gaming If I sit around thinking about food I lose it fast
I plan refeeds and little rewards Knowing thereβs a break coming keeps me from snapping mid deficit
Sleep caffeine and low stress days When any of those go off the deficit feels 10x worse mentally
